How To Submit an error Report
Please help us improve our website by reporting any issues you find. Clear, detailed reports make it easier for us to resolve problems fast.
Step-by-step instructions.
1. Full Name & Email.
Enter your real name and a valid email address. We use this to acknowledge receipt (your email will not be publicly displayed).
2. Select Error Type.
Choose the category that best matches your report
Bug: Something isn’t working as expected.
Typo: Spelling, wording, or grammar issues.
Suggestion: Feature/correction request.
Other: Anything else not listed above.
3. Describe the Error.
Be as specific as possible. Include what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and any error messages or screenshots if possible.
If possible, provide step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue.
You may paste links or short sample text if relevant.
4. Referring Page.
When you are on the page you have found the error on, click the Red megaphone on the menu on the right side of the page.
This will load the error report page include that page in the error report automatically.
This field is auto-filled with the URL or name of the page where you found the issue. Please check it and update if needed.
5. Submitting the Report.
Press "Submit Error Report".
Our spam protection may ask you to confirm you are not an automated bot.
You’ll see a message once your report is submitted successfully.
Tips.
Reports requiring immediate attention (security, privacy, payment bugs) are prioritized.
Please do not include private account details or passwords in your report.
